Evangelist Milena Cuba was born in Houston, Texas to the loving parents, Mr. Jean Hus Jean-Baptiste and Mrs. Debie Jean-Baptiste. However, the Lord had other plans for her life, which lead her to move to the lovely town of Oak Ridge, Louisiana as a young girl. She is an honor graduate of Delta High School of Mer Rouge, Louisiana. Evangelist Cuba earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the prestigious Grambling State University. She later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from University of Louisiana at Monroe and holds a second Masters in School Counseling from Lamar University of Beaumont, Texas. Evangelist Cuba currently serves as an Elementary School Guidance Counselor in the Calcasieu Parish School System. She is an accomplished author of four books: Milena at the Well, I am a Statistic (Overcoming the Fear of Rejection), The Fruit Tree;31 Days of Worship with God, True Love Waits, and Open Doors. She is also the founder of Birthing A New You, LLC and Selah Praise Dance School. She finds joy being a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, which helps her “enrich women lives”.
Evangelist Milena Cuba accepted her call to ministry under the late Supt. Roy Simmons, Pastor of Holy Temple Church of God in Christ, in Bastrop, Louisiana. She was officially licensed as an Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ via the Fourth Jurisdiction of Arkansas by the late Bishop Wallace Johnson and Jurisdictional Supervisor Ruthell Monk. Because of her humility and servitude, she has served in several capacities within the church: Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, Purity Leader, Dance Leader, and Area 5 Youth Quake Coordinator.
Evangelist Milena Cuba is married to the esteemed Pastor Michael Cuba, Jr. and they are the parents of one son, Michael Cuba III. She attends Saints Cathedral Church of God in Christ, where she serves as the Dance Ministry Facilitator, and the Director of Women Ministries. Evangelist Milena Cuba is passionate about souls being saved. She believes in giving to others what was freely given to her---the love of Christ. Above all, she is saved, filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost, and is a yielded vessel available for the Master’s use.
